PawLink isn't available yet. These answers separate design targets from things we've actually tested.
Questions
Is PawLink available yet?
Not yet. PawLink is in design and testing. The waitlist is how we share what we're building, and how you can tell us what to try. The hardware on this site is concept photography, not something you can buy.
Will PawLink require a subscription?
Location needs a connection, so we expect a subscription. We'll publish the price before launch, in the open, not at the last step of checkout.
Can I use the Core on a collar and a harness?
That's the plan. One Core moves between the collar and the harness, so the tracker stays with your dog.
Is the tracker held on magnetically?
No. Magnets line up the charge and the seat. A mechanical lock holds the Core on the wearable. Magnets are not what keep it on your dog.
How long will the battery last?
We won't publish a day count until field tests are done. The aim is a battery that supports reliable location, and we'll say what we measured.
Is PawLink waterproof?
IP68 is the target for the sealed Core. It is not a certified rating yet. We'll test waterproofing, the charging seal, and real wear before we treat it as fact.
Does it replace training or veterinary care?
No. PawLink is for everyday safety and care. It is not a medical device. What you see in the app is not a diagnosis, and it doesn't replace a vet or a trainer.
